Who among us has intentionally damaged the quality of the product or service we provide? The common response is that no one has. Unfortunately, the truth is revealed when we unexpectedly receive a complaint from our customer because, indeed, the product or service they expected does not match the quality we agreed upon. Probably, no one intentionally damages quality.
